Color Vision assessments for school application (Polytechnic courses) and resumes (SIA applications) are done by our Optician’s & Optometrist’s Board-certified Optometrists.

The assessment includes Snellen chart Visual Acuity test and Refraction check (myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism and presbyopia) with Ishihara 24 color plates assessment.

If you are applying for a resume, do note that an e-report will be sent to you via email after the assessment.

If you are a student applying for a course, do bring along the color vision form provided by your respective schools for our professionals to fill in.
